Welcome. My name is Lorena Lapenya, and I am the founder of Bodymindfulness Center. My personal, academic, and professional path has been deeply devoted to the exploration of human nature, inner transformation, and integrative well-being. Over the years, I have developed a holistic and refined approach grounded in one essential understanding: body, emotion, mind, and consciousness are deeply interconnected, and lasting change cannot emerge when they are treated in isolation. My work is not based on the mechanical application of methods, but on accompanying real human processes with presence, sensitivity, and discernment. Each session is carefully adapted to the person, their history, and the life moment they are living.

How I Work
I value depth over formula, presence over performance, and genuine human process over superficial solutions. Rather than imposing fixed methods, I work in a personalised and respectful way, allowing each session to respond to the person in front of me and to what their system, body, and life process may be asking for at that moment. Alongside my coaching and restorative work, I also offer active movement classes as a Dynamic Yoga and Pilates Instructor, Pilates Reformer and Functional Training Instructor, and Movement and Conditioning Professional, supporting strength, posture, mobility, coordination, stamina, core strength, and body conditioning through guided physical practice. This is a space for those who seek clarity, restoration, strength, and meaningful transformation through an approach that is holistic, thoughtful, and deeply human.
My work combines reflective guidance, deep body awareness, and practical tools designed to support emotional clarity and physical vitality. Each session is a personalized journey, held in a respectful and calm space where your individual story and needs are the priority.
My Approach

My work is expressed through three complementary paths: Integrative & Transpersonal Coaching A personalised space for emotional clarity, inner reconnection, and meaningful personal transformation. Restorative Therapies Body-based restorative support for relaxation, regulation, grounding, and inner balance. Active Movement Classes Instructor-led physical classes designed to support strength, mobility, posture, coordination, flexibility, stamina, core strength, and overall body conditioning. These three paths are different in form, yet united by one coherent vision: to support a more conscious, balanced, and refined relationship with oneself.
