• release of physical or emotional tension

• restoring balance during demanding life periods

A personalised approach

Each session is adapted to the needs of the individual and may include different restorative techniques depending on what best supports the person at that moment.

The intention is not to impose a fixed method, but to create a supportive environment where the body can naturally move toward relaxation, balance and integration.
